By committing our plans to paper we are much more likely to succeed in achieving our goals.  This Planner has space for you to decide

  • if you want to be alcohol free,
  • be a mindful drinker for the evening and balancing what you drink
  • or not worry about how much your drinking for certain of your occasions.

There is no judgement here, this planner is for you so you can see when and where you are drinking over the course of 1 month and maybe identify where you can make some changes. It is also a super way to encourage yourself to achieve any goals you set yourself.

There is also a table so you can see how much you are saving by drinking (and eating!) less. The money we save can be a huge incentive to keep going.
