This is a 1 Hour mentoring session with Claire, the Founder of Mindful Sips.
- In this session we'll focus on how you feel about your relationship with alcohol and identify a key area you would like to focus on rebalancing.
- We will talk through an action plan to make it happen and put alcohol back in it's place leaving you in control of your wellbeing.
- Any workbooks or information sheets I think would be useful to help you stay on track will be included. I will also gift you a complimentary copy of our exclusive monthly planner to help you focus.
