Hello There

I'm Claire, the Founder of Mindful Sips.
I started changing my relationship with alcohol three years ago to help improve my mental and physical health.

Realising there were so many other women wanting the same advise and guidance I set up Mindful Sips.

I help everyone, but specialise in helping women who are perimenopausal (and beyond) reduce their menopausal symptoms by guiding them to change their relationship with alcohol too.
